The project will engage an artist from the local Aboriginal Community to conduct workshops and mentor young artists to design a public mural for Wodonga. This will deliver social benefits by fostering social cohesion and provide opportunities for learning and engagement for young regional people, especially Aboriginal youth, and aesthetically enhance the public space, providing an increased sense of community ownership and civic pride.
