Purpose:
Fit 2 Work is a holistic intervention tackling “mind, body and soul� for unemployed job seekers in the Murraylands region.
Fit 2 Work aims to increase participant self–efficacy and enable intrinsic motivation to pursue a career goal and develop the self–belief that they are capable of meeting job demands. Success for participants is a combination of a compass, awareness of job opportunities, improved physical fitness to meet job demands and increased motivation to achieve an employment outcome with knowledge of the core skills necessary to actively engage in job outcome of their choice.
