Purpose:
The project will develop a governance strategy and communications plan that will support the overall master plan of the larger “Mount Alexander Health and Wellbeing Hub” project.innovative project aims to deliver a new hospital for the shire combined with other essential health services, allied health professional treatment rooms alongside an indoor aquatic centre including leisure and therapy pools. The strategic plan will support the master plan by developing a governance strategy and structure with a communications plan to continue to build and develop the ongoing partnership between the foundation partners and to improve the understanding of the partnership in the community.
