Purpose:
A program designed for individuals engaged in the Parents Next initiative to provide a safe space to educate and develop skills and knowledge around the process how to set and achieve personal objectives through positive engagement. This program will educate individuals how to build confidence and motivation as well as balance parenting commitments and employment responsibilities. A 6–8–week program taking parents who are engaging the parents next initiative on the journey to educate how to identify and develop personal goals and the strategies that can be implemented to assist in success. Our engagement will offer support and education to build confidence levels, address worries and challenges and improve their motivation, to be successful managing the transition to becoming a working parent.
