Subsequent to significant improvements and upgrades over the past 3 years throughout SGM s Plant &amp Facilities, this ERP Project will align all distinct areas of the business process. From receiving the raw Macadamias from the Growers to the preparation of key financial information. This ERP Project will implement significant connectivity between the factory floor and back office. Data will be captured directly from the factory floor and storage facilities and used by the back office systems and managers to provide the basis of a wide range of decision making information including accurate real-time inventory measurement. This ERP Project will enhance compliance functionality, such as Quality Management, Food Safety and Risk Management.
