The project will design and construct BEACH which will include a sub-dividable performing arts space, function and rehearsal rooms, commercial spaces including a street level wine bar/restaurant, upper auditorium with roof top areas overlooking Geographe Bay and direct linkage to the future 4-5 star short-stay accommodation sites on the Busselton Foreshore. The facility will host touring performances, community groups and conventions.
