Purpose:
This project will support Associate Professor Lannin's leading work to improve the evidence base underpinning rehabilitation after stroke, and to develop a global knowledge translation framework to improve stroke rehabilitation. Her work will increase the capacity for Australian rehabilitation centres to directly translate research findings into their everyday stroke rehabilitation and improve the outcomes for >10,000 stroke survivors annually.
