Purpose:
Australian International Foods (AIF) is a leading supplier of multi cuisine food products predominantly supplying major supermarkets with chilled and frozen snack foods and ready meals. AIF has recently commissioned a new High Risk food manufacturing facility which uses innovative production methods to enable the introduction of novel ready-to-eat chilled meals and snacks and is now looking to invest in advanced cooking technologies which would ensure closer to natural cooking, better preservation of nutrition and longer shelf life.
