Purpose:
The Next Steps project aims to address the service gap experienced by drug users between completion of treatment and engagement with jobactive providers/employers. This will be achieved by providing intensive mentoring, coaching and support to participants in the form of continuing care from the point of exiting treatment to the point of engaging with the jobactive provider or transitioning into employment.
The project will be delivered from the Peel Health Hub, a new integrated service Hub occupied by a broad range of services working collaboratively to support the Peel community.
