Purpose:
The Lethbridge Recreation Reserve will purchase and install a 10kW solar PV system which will generate a significant amount of clean energy. This project will reduce the carbon footprint and the running costs of the community ran facilities. This project will help improve the sustainability of the facilities of the Lethbridge community from both an environmental and financial perspective. The reduction in power bills will reduce the operating costs for the sporting and community groups that use the facilities.
