An 11kW PV system for the Inverleigh Bowls and Netball Clubs
Purpose:
The Inverleigh Sporting Complex Committee of Management on behalf of the Inverleigh Bowls and Netball Clubs will purchase and install an 11kW solar PV system which will generate clean electricity and help reduce the impact that power bills have on the operations of both sporting clubs. This installation will alleviate the demand on the national electricity grid a the centre will be mostly self-sufficient for energy needs. The installed system will save around five tonnes of CO2 annually and will be another proud achievement for our environmentally conscious and socially aware rural community. The significant reduction to our power bills will free up funds that can then be directed to the development of sporting activities for our members.
