22kW PV system at the Broadwater Road Uniting Church Centre
Purpose:
The Broadwater Road Uniting Church Centre will purchase and install a 22kW solar PV system which generate clean energy and, with other planned energy saving measures, will significantly reduce the Centre s power bills. This system will reduce demand on the electricity grid and will provide about 33,726 kWh of electricity per year. This would save 27.66 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions, helping the Broadwater Road Centre to significantly reduce its impact on the environment. The cost savings will help us to be more responsive and helpful for community needs.
