A 10 kw Solar PV system for 1st/2nd Blacktown Scout Group
Purpose:
1st/2nd Blacktown Scout Group will purchase a 10 kW Solar PV system which will generate clean electricity and help to reduce the Scouts power bills. This project will help to alleviate the demand on the national electricity grid and will mean that the Scout Hall will be almost completely self-sufficient in our energy usage. This will not only be a benefit to the environment by reducing CO2 usage significantly but also mean that the Scouts will save money on our power bills and allow us to continue to provide the same high quality service without increasing membership fees.
