A 30kW PV system for the Life Anglican Church Quakers Hill
Purpose:
Life Anglican Church Quakers Hill will purchase and install a 30kW solar PV system which will generate clean electricity and help reduce the community s power bills. It will alleviate the demand on the national electricity grid as the church centre will be mostly self-sufficient for daytime usage and be carbon neutral. Installing a 30kW system would provide around 44,000kWh of electricity every year, this would save around 27.6 tonnes of CO2 annually and would be a proud achievement for our environmentally conscious community. The significant reduction in power bills will free up additional funds to go into the church community activities which will ultimately benefits the electorate.
