A 11.4kW solar PV generation system for Hurstville Childcare Centre
Purpose:
We will purchase and install a 11.4kW solar PV system for our community-based childcare centre. The solar system will reduce environmental impact on the community and made good sense to us due to our centre being open in daytime. It will be able to feed up most of our power needs in daytime operation. The children will also enjoy learning about solar energy as sustainability is part of our education and in keeping with future schooling and lifestyle choices. Importantly, solar power not only decreases our electricity bills but insures us against future electricity price hikes. This helps us to fulfil our mission of control in price and offer quality services at affordable fee, which in the end would be advantageous for low-income families.
