An 18 Solar panels and battery storage system for Tennis Townsville
Purpose:
Tennis Townsville Inc will purchase and install the following items 1 x 10kw LG Chem lithium battery; 1x 5kw Sungrow hybrid inverters; and 18 x 275w (4.95kw) Suntech solar panels The system will generate clean electricity and help reduce the Tennis Townsville's and community's power bills. It will reduce the demand on the national electricity grid. Installing a 10kw system would provide around 9,000 kWh of electricity every year and a saving of 6.7 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere . An excellent achievement for our environmentally conscious community. The significant reduction in power bills will free up additional funds to go into the development of junior tennis programs.
