A 10.45kW PV System for City Tabernacle Baptist Church
Purpose:
The City Tabernacle Baptist Church will purchase and install a 10.45 kW PV Solar System which will generate clean electricity and help reduce the church s power bills. It will alleviate demand on the national electricity grid as the church is planning to move more into being self-sufficient for its energy needs. Installing the 10.45 kW system will provide around 15,257 kWh of electricity per year, and will save around 3 tonnes of CO2 annually. It will be a great achievement for our environmentally conscious community. The significant reduction in power pills will free up additional funds to go into the maintenance of this historic 128 year old building.
