Purpose:
To deliver an interactive digital multimedia project in Alyawarr language with English subtitles. Through the story of Banjo Petyarre Morton, this interactive website will recount the history of the first walk off by Aboriginal stockmen in the Northern Territory in 1949. Incorporating recorded interviews, archival imagery, photography, video footage and virtual reality, this website will honour the legacy of Banjo Morton and the Alyawarr stockmen.
