Purpose:
This project will see the installation of smart water meters on properties throughout the Mid–Western Region to enable the collection of hourly and daily water usage data. This data, accessible through an integrated application solution, will allow council the oversight of its network infrastructure, from the entire network perspective down to an individual commercial or domestic service. In addition, each member of the community will have access to their own water consumption and billing data through a customer facing web portal.
