Purpose:
This project aims to develop a facility for investigating thermodynamics and kinetics to support the next generation of researchers in chemical sciences. The project will provide an integrated facility with sophisticated instrumentation for researchers in the fields of self-assembly, catalysis and polymer chemistry. The facility will enhance collaboration among researchers and benefit a number of projects, including the development of better sensors for metals in cells, novel catalysts, gold extraction, new self-assembled tissue engineering materials and advanced polymers for 3D printing and the enhancement of enzymatic activity.
