Purpose:
Townsville's Language Boost for New Migrants project will improve the functioning of the Townsville skills and labour market by significantly addressing the bilingual and bicultural barriers affecting employment. The project will deliver employment outcomes for 12 participants directly and enable a fee–for–service resource addressing unmet demand within Townsville across direct settlement services and associated industries (employment, housing, education, human and emergency services).
