MEMOIR: A multi-site placebo-controlled trial of memantine and graded motor imagery for complex regional pain syndrome

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is the most distressing and disabling of all chronic pain conditions, 75 percent report suicidal thoughts. No treatment is supported by high quality evidence meaning that people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) often seek unproven and dangerous interventions. We have conducted a series of pilot studies on the two most promising interventions for CRPS . This trial will determine whether the combination of these interventions is effective for CRPS
