To address significant safety issues in and around the former Nowra sailing club and bridge precinct through the activation of the area and the installation of direct safety measures such as CCTV. The activation of the area is a high focus to improve the safety of the area. This is proposed to be undertaken through the provision of pontoons on the River which will see a significant increase in people utilising the space.
