Purpose:
A grant has been awarded to boost the efforts of local councils and community organisations to address crime and antisocial behaviour by funding crime prevention initiatives that benefit the wider community. The intended outcome of the project is to contribute to greater community resilience and well–being by addressing crime, anti–social behaviour and other security risks. The grant is expected to fund the installation of 16 CCTV cameras and a duress alarm system.
