Tourist Accommodation and Restaurant Expansion
Construction of ten luxury guest suites designed with sustainability in mind, using recycled materials, solar energy and harvested rainwater. A new multi-purpose dining area with kitchen, bar and amenities will provide covered seating for visitors and a facility that can be hired for events. The existing restaurant will be upgraded with a kitchen extension, bar renovation and new toilets. New staff facilities, car parking, effluent system and electrical substation are required. Technological upgrades including integrated Customer Relations Management (CRM), Point Of Sale (POS), Reservation System and online payment gateway and courtesy car to enhance guest services is proposed. Intensification of business trading to seven days.
