Purpose:
The Bindjareb Pathways to Employment project intends to provide skills essential to successful participation in the workforce, including resume development, mock interview experience, work references and relevant skills for job participation for unemployed Aboriginal residents. In addition, the program will encompass Aboriginal cultural learning components, recognising the central importance of land to identity, spirituality, community and well–being.
