The project will undertake a variety of community days focused around improving the wetlands through citizen science projects, native species planting days, habitat support projects, litter clean–up events, and educational workshops. This will enhance the habitat of native species, improve management of the wetlands, and educate community members on a number of environmental issues within the Herdsman Lake area.
