Grant Activity:
Asia Pop Fest 2020
Purpose:
Coinciding wit the start of the 2020 academic year, this carnival-style celeberation will engage international student audiences with young, dynamic arts programming, provide opportunities for international students and their friends to connect, find out what services are available, and enjoy world-class performances and interactive activities. Recognising that even a low-cost ticket price could be considered prohibitive for newly arrived international students, Asia Pop Fest will remain a free event for students. Arts Centre Melbourne seeks $25,000 investment to feature a Singaporean headline artist.
