Purpose:
This project proposes to deliver training courses to 21 local job–seekers in hospitality, civil construction and conservation land management. Its goal is to provide employability skills training to increase the employability of participants, and to meet the local industry demand for employees with relevant skills sets. Participants will attend industry focused training courses, employability skills training sessions, and also attend sessions with local employers who are supporting the goals of this project.
