The Whiddon Group Temora Extension
Purpose:
The Whiddon Group will undertake a 50 place extension to our Temora Aged Care Facility through the construction of an integrated two storey building with resident rooms on each level to meet the needs of the local region for high quality aged care places. The project will include state of the art care and support infrastructure, community training spaces and dedicated high-needs care facilities to ensure those in need of support in the community will be able to remain connected with their community. The project will provide an additional 25 skilled local jobs post construction taking our local workforce to over 100 while providing in excess of $1 million per annum in ongoing contribution to the region after construction.
