Purpose:
Construction of a new permanent building to house the Bubs and Kids facility which gives away free babies and children s clothing, furniture, nursery goods and other associated goods to needy families and which provides for them a meeting place as many are socially and financially disadvantaged. It will be located adjacent to secure enclosed playground where the building s verandah will provide not only a place to supervise young children at play, but also a relaxing setting to encourage socialisation and networking. The building will also include two counselling rooms and a third larger group counselling room to fulfil identified needs of the area.
