Purpose:
Variation of MOU to allow a further grant which is critical to the successful finalisation of the ILUA process. The parties agree that this will:
provide CSIRO with an $35,000 ex GST to fund additional costs relating to the project
– extend the term of the Memorandum to end on 30 June 2019
Amend reporting dates to align with the extended term of the Memorandum and
Amend Table B, Schedule 2 of the Memorandum to reflect total remaining funds
