Purpose:
This project is based on training and placing 12 mature age unemployed jobseekers into employment as Disability Support Workers. Hiring mature age jobseekers (45 years+) is good for business as they have experience, knowledge and transferable skills which add value to any business and the clients they serve.
This project has 4 stages:
1. Initial screening stage prior to project commencement;
2. Training;
3. Work placement; and
4. Employment.
