Personalised healthcare for heroin dependence: Optimising the application of evidence into practice through implementation of an online clinical decision-making tool (HART)
Purpose:

Heroin dependence is associated with exceedingly high levels of morbidity and mortality, and a greater burden of disease than any other illicit drug class. My objective is to provide clinicians with an evidence-based tool that will guide clinical decision-making, assisting clinicians deliver personalised healthcare for people with heroin dependence. In other words, choosing and adapting interventions to ensure that the ‘right treatment’ is delivered to the ‘right person’ at the ‘right time’.
