Purpose:
This proposal aims to assess the acceptability and effectiveness a comprehensive program known as teach-test-link-trace (TTLT) model. The TTLT model is a new program to be performed by community health workers and HIV positive volunteer patients (peer educators). The program purpose is to counsel about HIV (teach), perform HIV testing (test), link HIV positive patients to HIV care (link) and trace lost patients house-to-house (trace).
