Purpose:
Imagine an Australian community where all persons faced with serious illness and their families are informed, able to navigate treatment choice, and receive quality care consistent with both their individual preferences and the evidence for best practice. This fellowship aims to develop an evidence-based, highly scalable program of work seeking to prevent morbidity to individuals living with serious cancer, and to their families and communities through timely access to quality end of life care.
