Purpose:
Establishment and operation of the Small Business Bushfire Financial Support Line to assist and support small businesses impacted by the 2019-20 bushfires. The support line will be staffed by experienced financial counsellors who will advise small businesses about assistance available to them and help small business owners find their next steps to deal with the immediate financial issues confronting them. Importantly, the financial counsellors will provide support to address trauma and stress.
