Forecast Opportunity View - 2018-19 Modern Slavery Grant Opportunity

The objective of the 2018-19 Modern Slavery Grant Opportunity is to provide funding to not-for-profit non-government organisations to deliver community-based projects to prevent and deter modern slavery-related crimes in Australia.

Invited organisations will be assessed on their ability to, through new innovative community-based activities, achieve the following outcomes:

• tackle the root causes of modern slavery-related exploitation

• raise awareness of modern slavery?related crimes amongst the general community, and 

• build the resilience of groups who may be vulnerable to modern slavery-related practices.
