Forecast Opportunity View - NHMRC-JPND 2020

NHMRC is considering supporting Australian-based researchers who are participating as collaborators in international consortia for the JPND Call for Proposals: "Novel imaging and brain stimulation methods and technologies related to Neurodegenerative Diseases" for research being conducted in the area of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia.

The upcoming call will focus on the following research areas:

• Imaging technologies
• Brain stimulation technologies.

For this call, a project will fall within scope for funding by NHMRC if the project explicitly addresses dementia, or if the focus is on dementia as part of the broader manifestations of a neurodegenerative disorder.
