This call will address the challenges in providing dementia risk reduction and prevention treatments and programs by supporting research that will deliver to the Australian community high quality, evidenced-based information on key risk factors of dementia for effective interventions that will decrease the prevalence or delay the onset of dementia. Knowledge translation is central to the initiative, given that research translation remains one of the biggest challenges to dementia risk reduction and prevention.
