General Practice in Aged Care Incentive Primary Health Networks - Thin Markets Grant Opportunity
The General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) aims to support every aged care resident to receive quality primary care services from a regular General Practitioner (GP) and practice.
This grant opportunity will be targeted at selected PHNs with existing thin markets in their region which present barriers to RACH residents receiving primary care.
Funding of up to $10.4 million is available over four years from 2023/24. Targeted PHNs will be invited to apply for single year or multiyear funding. Future grant rounds will be held annually, subject to available funding in subsequent years.
